About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate PT to join our team at Smart Foodservice Stores LLC. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about our offerings.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving shipments and rotating stock.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-12 months of retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Minimum one year of retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills, cash handling experience, and general office equipment proficiency.
