Job Summary:

Deliver comprehensive training programs that incorporate a blended approach, including instructor-led modules, self-paced activities, flipped classroom, group activities, videos, and eLearning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for multiple training topics, such as products, guidelines, policies & procedures, and systems utilized by operations staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the delivery of product, process, and systems courses across all areas, as business needs dictate. This includes new hire, upskilling, or refresher training, with class sizes ranging from small to large groups (5-25). The facilitator will leverage engagement, deeper questioning, and effective classroom management techniques to ensure a successful learning experience. Additionally, they will observe learners, provide constructive feedback, and view topic assessment data to adjust training in real-time as necessary. The facilitator will also support Learning Lab activities, assist with questions, and encourage learners to find answers themselves. They will leverage class feedback and manager observations to identify areas for improvement and provide input/feedback on courses for improvement purposes. The facilitator will maintain a current understanding of products, systems, and policies & procedures required for operations areas and learn new training material to broaden their skillset. They will also perform research to learn best practices for engagement, deeper questioning, and classroom management techniques. The facilitator will handle all logistics to prepare for classes, including setting up the virtual or live classroom, checking data for exercises and activities, and verifying assessments and files for learners. Finally, they will report to Training and Key Stakeholders on daily class attendance, learner performance, and any classroom challenges.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree is required, and additional experience/specialized training may be considered in lieu of educational requirements. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' training experience, hands-on training experience in a small group or classroom setting, and experience with virtual meeting and/or training tools (e.g. Teams, Webex, Zoom). They will also have excellent presentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, and a very strong customer service orientation and commitment to quality, responsibility, high work standards, and initiatives. Additionally, they will have strong systems navigation abilities and knowledge of Microsoft Word Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, innovative, and flexible, with a strong knowledge of customer service/contact center day-to-day operations and strong service system knowledge. Knowledge of adult learning theories and engagement techniques in a training environment is also preferred. Finally, the candidate will have the ability to travel as needed.
