Job Title:Teacher - 2-3 Year Old Teacher - Early Development Center TeacherJob Description

At Hand In Hand Preschool and Early Development Center, we are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join our team as a Teacher for 2-3 year old students. As a key member of our educational program, you will be responsible for developing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans, creating engaging activities, and maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our program philosophy and early educational core standards.
  • Teaching and Instruction: Create and teach engaging activities that cater to the developmental level, individual abilities, and curricular standards of our 2-3 year old students.
  • Classroom Environment: Establish and maintain a safe, inviting, and quality classroom learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Perform regular observations and assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Establish effective communication and relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a high-quality educational experience.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience: Minimum High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education with at least 2 years of teaching experience in a licensed preschool program.
  • Background and Clearance: Completion of state-mandated background clearance, TB testing, and health screening procedures.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Meet all state licensing regulatory standards and conditions of employment.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and a collaborative, supportive school environment.
  • Organizational and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibits strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
