Job Summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is a leading provider of in-home ABA services, specializing in children with autism. We are seeking a highly skilled BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead our clinical team and oversee the development of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of clinical programming for a caseload of clients
  • Support, train, and supervise RBTs assigned to the team
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for clients and potential clients
  • Analyze data and adjust treatment plans for clients on the caseload
  • Implement ongoing caregiver support

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Develop training platforms for clinical staff
  • Establish clinical staff feedback systems
  • Oversight of clinical documentation quality

Qualifications and Education:

  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Licensure in the state of Michigan as a Behavior Analyst

Preferred Skills:

  • Management of employees and RBTs
  • Strong interpersonal skills
