Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist with Soliant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their maximum level of independence in daily living activities. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide occupational therapy services to improve functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' functional capabilities.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
  • Deliver occupational therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions.
  • Monitor and document patient progress.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists.
  • Educate patients and their families on techniques for improving daily living skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations preferred.
