Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our Legal Division team at the City of Atlanta.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent administrative skills, a strong understanding of legal procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain accurate and organized filing systems for case files and documents.
  • Assist with payroll processing documentation, including Kronos coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule meetings and depositions, and manage conference room bookings.
  • Operate equipment and software for video conferences, phone calls, and webinars.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to staff on commonly used devices and software.
  • Escort guests and clients throughout the legal suite.
  • Manage court calendars and case deadlines for assigned divisions.
  • Draft agendas for team, client, and division meetings.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations and assist with record retention and destruction processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $46,491.17 - $55,810.82 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
