Job Title: Production Operator III

MillenniumSoft is seeking a skilled Production Operator III to join our team in Andover, MA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building medical devices, operating semi-complex equipment, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build medical devices according to written protocols and approved deviations.
  • Operate semi-complex equipment and follow work instructions.
  • Perform visual inspections and use basic measuring devices to assess quality.
  • Run automated equipment, perform set-ups, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Complete and maintain build paperwork in accordance with ISO and GMP standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing role.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and tracking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Compensation:
  • Starting salary: $14.00-$17.00 per hour.
  • Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
