Job Summary

The Perinatology Sonographer at Shore Medical Center is responsible for providing high-quality ultrasonography services to patients in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a strong understanding of departmental policies and standards, as well as excellent communication skills to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive ultrasonography exams for patients requiring obstetric and gynecologic services
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of departmental policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Qualifications
  • ARDMS Certification in OB/GYN Specialty
  • CLEAR Certification
  • NT Certification
  • BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
  • 3 years of MFM Sonography Experience preferred
  • Fetal Echo Certification preferred
