Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care under the direction of nursing staff, with responsibilities including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, or moving patients, or changing linens. They will also be required to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, peers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination. Additionally, they will participate in unit quality improvement initiatives, attend meetings, and maintain accurate records of patient care.
