We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chemist to join our Research and Development team at rhode skin. As a key member of our formulation team, you will be responsible for developing and scaling up new products, as well as maintaining and improving existing formulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and scale up new product formulations
- Maintain and improve existing formulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance
- Conduct stability testing and analyze results
- Develop and maintain formulation software and databases
- 5+ years of experience in formulation and bench chemistry in a personal care laboratory
- Experience with OTC product formulation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Strong knowledge of raw materials and their functionality in personal care formulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
