We are seeking a skilled Full-Time/PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house team of dedicated professionals at Creative Solutions in Healthcare. As a key member of our Rehabilitation department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting positive outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to alleviate pain, enhance function, and facilitate healing.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
  • Respond to service requests by relaying information and referrals to Physical Therapist, ensuring seamless communication.

Benefits and Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Requirements: To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess an Active/Valid Texas license as Physical Therapy Assistant, be in good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards, and have SNF/Long-term care experience preferred. A current knowledge of treatment practices and proficiency in Net Health Electronic Documentation System is also advantageous.
