Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Tenaglia & Hunt P A.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $19.50 per hour, plus benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and paid sick time.

This role involves working as a debt collector in our Marlton, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling consumer debt collection and familiarity with the FDCPA.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively handle calls with clients and debtors.
• Attention to detail in documenting call notes to ensure accurate records.
• Ability to follow established call scripts on a recorded line to maintain consistency.
• Capacity to handle a high volume of calls daily in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a full-time position with a standard Monday to Friday day range and work setting in both a call center and office environment.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel (preferably).
• 1 year of customer service experience (preferably).

The role is based in person in our Marlton, New Jersey office.
