Compensation

We offer an attractive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, dependent on experience and location. This rate may be subject to a 90-day performance-based raise, followed by annual reviews with potential increases based on performance and tenure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing warehouse operations, including printing and maintaining customer orders, creating labels, and conducting stock adjustments.
  • Enter received product quantities into our front-end systems and participate in special projects necessary for the department.
  • Respond to inquiries and refer them to the appropriate manager, while providing backup support in other areas of operations and administrative departments.
  • Maintain regular communication with all necessary departments to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ten-key typing speed of 5,000 keystrokes per hour.
  • Intermediate knowledge of word processing and Excel.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple details simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a professional phone manner.
