Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Prism Biotech. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, performing cycle counts, and driving improvements in inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts of all warehouse locations to ensure accurate inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement systems to manage inventory effectively, maintaining a minimum of 98% accuracy.
  • Collaborate with production control to resolve inventory issues that impact production orders.
  • Assist in reviewing inventory transaction reports to prevent journal reporting errors.
  • Facilitate material transfers between warehouses to optimize inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive improvements in inventory accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production employees, planners, and leadership.
  • Experience with Excel and other inventory management tools.
  • A strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory levels.
