Career Opportunities

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Progressive Care Unit team at our Casper, Wyoming location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care according to organizational policies and professional nursing standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs, assessment data, and medical plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Provide direct patient care, coordinate services, delegate tasks, and supervise the activities of other healthcare team members
Requirements
  • A valid RN license in the state of practice or compact RN licensure
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum of one year experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - 110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
