Knowhirematch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our power plant.

Job Description

The Plant Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance and efficiency. This includes:

  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Schedule Management: Create and manage schedules for maintenance activities, including prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance work and adherence to quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and procurement of spare parts and materials to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience: In a similar role within the power industry, with a focus on maintenance operations and management.
  • Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians and engineers to achieve high-performance goals.
  • Technical expertise: Strong understanding of power plant systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, including senior management, engineers, and technicians.
