Job Overview

Nabors Industries is a leading provider of advanced technology for the energy industry. We are seeking an AP Processing Specialist to join our team in providing high-level accuracy, efficiency, and customer service in routine Accounts Payable (AP) document control activities.

Responsibilities
  • Front-end invoice support: Process incoming invoices, monitor email folders, and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Imaging/Scanning: Manage the scanning system solution, ensuring efficient data entry and accurate storage of documents.
  • Input/Process PO/Non-PO Invoices/Credit Memos: Accurately process and reconcile vendor statements and late notices.
  • E-Payable audits: Conduct thorough reviews of BTA/I-Expense accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Customer Service: Actively manage assigned Customer Service Ticket Requests, providing prompt responses and resolutions.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of AP Processing experience in a Corporate environment.
  • Previous document scanning solution experience essential.
  • BASIC MS Excel expertise required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Full Cycle AP process.
  • Oracle 12i AP experience.
  • AP Certification.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. Nabors Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
