Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to healthcare teams
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Current State license, in-hand NC
- BLS certification
- 1 year of experience in a Med Surg setting
