Make a Difference in End of Life Care

Hospice nurses play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and quality of life for patients at the end of their journey. As a Care Center RN Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing compassionate care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and assess patient care, ensuring high-quality services are delivered.
  • Collaborate with management, physicians, and field staff to achieve team goals.
  • Train and evaluate clinical personnel, maintaining accurate clinical records.
  • Process Electronic Medical Record workflow from admission to discharge.

Qualifications

  • Education/Regulatory Requirements: RN degree from an accredited college or university, currently licensed and registered in the State of Florida, BSN and/or Hospice certification preferred.
  • Skills: Two years of recent oncology, medical/surgical, or home health experience, expertise in support skills, palliative care, and educational techniques, long-term care experience preferred.
  • Professional Requirements: Communicates clearly and effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
