About the Position
">We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate physician to diagnose and treat various medical conditions, develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, and provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals, and stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
Responsibilities

- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, including infectious diseases.">
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.">
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories, and communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams.">
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.">
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging, and perform procedures as needed.">
- Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.">
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives, review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement, and implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.">
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice, stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, and participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.">
- Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices, participate in ongoing medical education and training, and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.">
Qualifications

- American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Disease.">
- A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
- Knowledge of current medical research and best practices in infectious disease management.">
Salary and Benefits
">The estimated salary for this position is $163.80 - $171.99 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
