Job Description: Assistant Bakery Manager

The Assistant Bakery Manager plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service. This person will be responsible for overseeing daily bakery operations, managing staff, and ensuring seamless delivery of our signature bundt cakes and other sweet treats.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bakery operations, including inventory, scheduling, and employee supervision.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and freshness.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Lead by example, promoting a positive work environment and fostering strong relationships with team members.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role, preferably in the food industry.
• Proven track record of leadership, teamwork, and customer service excellence.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
