The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plays a vital role in our residential programs, providing support and assisting individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living. This position requires the ability to implement behavior interventions, assist in data collection, and provide data reporting on target behaviors.

We are seeking an experienced RBT to join our team, who possesses excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as organizational and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities, and be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician.
