About This Opportunity

Pro-Vac is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales growth and experience in the hydrovac industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for a defined sales territory.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience during the sales cycle and tactfully manage client relationships.
  • Assist the Director of Sales in growing the Pro-Vac brand by proactively generating new accounts through marketing, networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales techniques.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a business development role.
  • Experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the markets, including Louisiana and Houston, TX.

  • A base salary of $100,000-120,000 annually.
