Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director, Data Centers professional to lead our data center development projects from site selection to utility coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of expertise in real estate and energy development, with a strong background in interconnection, energy markets, substation infrastructure, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of data center development projects.
  • Evaluate potential sites for new data center development, considering factors such as infrastructure requirements, risks, and regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiate energy supply agreements with utilities and energy providers to secure reliable and cost-effective power for data center operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the energy and infrastructure sectors, with proven expertise in interconnection, energy markets, and substation infrastructure.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with interconnection process, energy market dynamics, and substation infrastructure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
