Administrative Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate administrative tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets
* Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably in higher education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Experience with database management and record-keeping software a plus
