Virtual Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Virtual Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Conduent Commercial Solutions, LLC. This is a remote call center representative role that requires excellent customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Take incoming calls from customers and provide support with technical issues related to financial services
- Navigate multiple systems to resolve customer inquiries
- Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers and provide them with comprehensive solutions to their financial service-related needs. We are looking for someone who is naturally empathetic and has a passion for helping others.
Requirements- At least one year of experience in technical problem-solving
- Ability to successfully complete virtual training classes without missing a single day
- Excellent communication and typing skills (at least 35 wpm)
- Keyboarding and software proficiency
- Great problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to your salary, we provide a computer and equipment to ensure you have everything you need to succeed in this role.
This position requires a quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection. You must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via Ethernet.
