Key Responsibilities
  • Practice professional nursing as a registered nurse within the legal and ethical framework established by the Connecticut Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association Scope and Standards for Nursing Practice, ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses, and the YNHHS Professional Practice Model.
  • Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families while integrating cultural diversity into practice.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
  • BCLS certification or willingness to obtain within one month of hire.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
