Program Director - Assisted Living and Memory Care

Lakeview Estates is a leading provider of senior living services, seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Program Director for Assisted Living and Memory Care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our assisted living and memory care programs, ensuring that residents receive exceptional care and support. This includes developing and implementing personalized service plans, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement resident-centered care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality care and customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including resident files and regulatory compliance documents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate services
  • Monitor and analyze program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in gerontology, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in senior living or healthcare management, preferably in assisted living or memory care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven track record of improving program outcomes and increasing resident satisfaction
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including state and federal requirements

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience.
