We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare, a nurse-founded company that values work-life balance and flexibility. As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of shifts at our partner facilities in Warwick, Rhode Island, and throughout the Providence area.
With our unique scheduling model, you can create a schedule that works for you, whether that means taking classes at the University of Rhode Island, exploring the state's beautiful coastline, or simply enjoying time with family and friends. Our flexible schedule allows you to have a life outside of work, while still providing high-quality patient care.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at IntelyCare, your responsibilities will include working in post-acute facilities, tracking resident wellbeing, conducting intakes, administering medications, reviewing charts, and maintaining medical supplies. You will also have the opportunity to participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures, as well as help with the orientation and training of new medical staff.
To be eligible for this role, you must hold a current Rhode Island state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), have completed an approved LPN educational program, and possess a high school diploma (or equivalent). A minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role is also required. Additionally, you must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $40-$79, which is 25% higher than average. Other benefits include eligibility for health benefits, flexible scheduling, bonus pay, and access to our easy-to-use app for tracking pay, shift schedules, and job-related tasks. We also offer tuition discounts on undergraduate and graduate programs through Excelsior University and provide training and continuing education opportunities through our app at no cost.
We believe that our nurses are truly valuable assets, which is why we strive to provide a supportive environment that allows them to grow and thrive. If you're looking for a career that offers both professional support and work-life balance, we encourage you to explore this opportunity further.
