Estimated Salary: $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead our client's water and wastewater projects in Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce estimates for civil projects, including water, waste/water, and utility projects.
  • Utilize industry-leading software such as Procore, B2W, and HCSS efficiently.
  • In-office daily, working closely with the Chief Estimator/Director of Precon.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience working as a PM on water/wastewater projects.
  • Proficient in Procore and other industry-standard software.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
