Job Overview

Central Florida Diaper Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team full-time in Winter Garden, FL. This role will support the Executive Director with program management, community outreach, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement program growth strategies.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with program policies and best practices.
  • Oversee and coordinate mobile distributions, fundraising events, and sponsorship outreach.
  • Lead daily operations, including scheduling staff and volunteers and ensuring smooth program delivery.
  • Prepare and submit grant reports, annual reports, and other key documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, donors, and stakeholders.
  • Organize donation pickups, deliveries, and diaper distributions across the region.
  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising initiatives and events.
  • Conduct thorough grant research, write compelling proposals, and manage submissions.
  • Plan and host volunteer events, ensuring volunteer engagement and retention.
  • Track program outcomes, measure impact, and ensure accurate reporting for key metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in nonprofit leadership or business management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be 25 years or older with a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a van for events.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high emphasis on professionalism and clarity.
  • Mature, calm, and professional demeanor, with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work effectively under deadlines and in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience in social media management for raising awareness and program visibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and provide superior customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proven experience in grant writing and fundraising, with the ability to meet submission deadlines.
