Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in Brainerd, MN. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must be board-certified or eligible in Orthopedic Surgery and have a strong background in general orthopedic practice. Experience with subspecialty training is welcome, but not required. A willingness to participate in hospital consults and rounding is essential.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will join a busy practice with a established team of Orthopedic surgeons and one Non-Operative Sports Medicine Physician. Our Outpatient Surgery Center offers the latest technology and equipment, and there is an option to buy in as a partner. We also have a Musculoskeletal Center in development, which will provide additional opportunities for growth and collaboration.

In addition to your medical expertise, you will have access to a range of benefits and support services, including PA/NP support and ongoing education and training opportunities. We offer a flexible schedule, with 32+ contact hours in clinic per week, distributed over 4 days or 5 days, whichever suits you best.

Location

Brainerd, MN is a beautiful city located at the center of Minnesota, with a population of around 65,000 people. The regional service area is larger, covering over 115,000 people. This provides a great balance between a close-knit community and easy access to bigger cities like Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $300,000-$350,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
