About the Role:

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Associate to join our team. As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for updating information within our sales prospecting database. This role is critical in building our customer base and ensuring success for our sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external communications throughout the day via phone and email
  • Confirm the integrity of sales data by auditing and maintaining consistent data within our proprietary system
  • Qualify each new company added to our system through a quality verification process
  • Develop, document, and monitor sales data needs and collection process, recommend enhancements to improve data accuracy
  • Clearly and logically analyze sales data and communicate conclusions to sales management

Requirements:

  • 1+ years sales, data entry, customer service or related experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Maintains quality and high standards in all deliverables
  • Self-motivated and directed
  • Aptitude to handle multiple projects and tasks at one time
