Key Responsibilities:
As an In-House Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
• Coordinating and verifying invoice payments
• Maintaining contract management systems
• Organizing and coordinating all legal/compliance matters, including discovery processes and litigation hold orders
• Assisting attorneys with document drafting and research
• Performing general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Certification as a paralegal preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a related field
• Strong knowledge of the Legal/Compliance field and excellent analytical skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally and to explain complex legal issues to all levels of management
