Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Greendale KinderCare. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for implementing our curriculum, creating a safe and nurturing environment, and partnering with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that promotes learning and development
  • Partner with parents to understand their child's needs and develop a plan to support their growth and development
  • Support the success of your center by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
