About the Role

This is a remote, work-from-home position that requires independent discretion and judgment in handling complex liability claims. You will be responsible for conducting investigations, evaluating coverage and liability, and negotiating with parties within designated authority.

You will also have the opportunity to train and mentor others, support property claims during periods of heavy volume, and participate in required training programs.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of liability coverages, laws, and injuries, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. If you have five years of casualty claims adjusting experience or equivalent experience in the medical or legal field, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Five years of casualty claims adjusting experience or equivalent experience in the medical or legal field
  • Broad knowledge and expertise in liability coverages, laws, and injuries
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
