About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry team at Atrium Health Charlotte. As a Cardiovascular Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will be required to collect data, analyze assessments, and develop individualized plans to achieve expected outcomes.

Essential Functions:
  • Collects and analyzes data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
  • Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.
  • Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
  • Evaluates progress toward attainment of goals and outcomes.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing, a valid RN license in the state of North Carolina, and current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification according to the American Heart Association. Experience in telemetry and cardiovascular care is highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, and life insurance, 401k retirement plan, and health savings account.
