Paragon Staffing, LLC is a leading staffing agency that connects job seekers with top employers. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team.

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Auditor will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established standards of appearance or performance. This involves conducting hourly inspections on parts to ensure conformity and performing dock audits to prevent non-conforming products from reaching customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and minimize exposure to defects by assessing part quality, process quality, and material handling/storage.
  • Perform and report findings from required testing as defined by product specifications.
  • Communicate status and acceptance of test specimens to the production team.
  • Ensure conformity to product standards at startup and throughout production.
  • Perform simple dimensional inspections using small hand gauges.
  • Verify product startup through first-shot submittal.
  • Validate color consistency using spectrophotometer and visual match.
  • Verify proper material selection and use on work orders.
  • Communicate production status regarding quality.
  • Approve and release job start-ups and validate process changes.
  • Scan and enter material acceptances and rejections within IQMS software.
  • Collaborate with Assembly, Molding, Process, and Team Leaders.
  • Maintain lab housekeeping.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Understanding of food safety standards and FDA regulations.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds occasionally or frequently.
Compensation and Schedule

Pay rate: $24-$26 per hour.

Schedule: Overnight shift, 7 PM to 7 AM, rotating schedule, weekends required.
