Business Development Manager for Long-Term Care Partnerships

CareScout is on a mission to simplify and dignify the aging experience. As a Business Development Manager for Long-Term Care Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing relationships and overseeing solution implementation with our valued referral partners.

This role requires strong organizational and project management skills, as well as excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will be heavily involved in the cultivation, launch, and ongoing management of key B2B relationships, ensuring seamless experiences for partners from sale through full adoption.

Your success will result in partner satisfaction and retention, and growth opportunities for CareScout. You will perform critical activities such as managing partner relationships, representing CareScout's products, leading partner calls, managing onboarding processes, and confidently presenting to internal leadership or partner stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in product implementation, partnership management, project management, or related roles. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with experience working B2B, with employer or broker agent experience.
