Job Overview

The Senior Biologist will play a key role in our team, working closely with scientists to advance AAV based gene therapies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bioanalytical assays and experience with AAV vectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, optimize, and execute bioanalytical assays to characterize AAV vectors
  • Evaluate PK/PD profiles of AAV vectors in appropriate model systems
  • Perform sample analysis per established method or SOP
  • Contribute to the tech transfer of developed assays to internal or external collaborators
  • Support internal Translational lab operation and maintenance
Requirements
  • PhD or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience, or MS with 3-5 years of experience in assay development
  • Experience with AAV vectors and bioanalytical assays
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
