Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse - Critical Care Specialist to join our team. As a critical member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care to patients with ESRD, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and CRRT.
  • Clinical Decision Making: Make informed clinical decisions regarding patient care, using your expertise and experience to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educational Support: Educate patients and their families on dialysis therapy, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team, including nephrologists, social workers, and dietitians, to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in dialysis nursing or critical care.
  • Certifications: CNN or CDN certification highly desirable.
