Early Childhood Educator

We are a fast-growing Academy of Early Education, dedicated to providing joyful and engaging learning experiences for young children.

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Potty Training Specialist. This role involves guiding and assisting toddlers in reaching important developmental milestones, including potty training, building independence, and social skills.

• Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive relationships between children, parents, and educators.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum to spark curiosity and foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Built strong relationships with children, parents, and coworkers through regular communication and collaboration.
• Promote hands-on learning activities that encourage children to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development.

• A genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• At least 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months of professional teaching experience (required).
• An Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred) or High School diploma/GED (required).
• Ability to meet any applicable background screening and state licensing requirements.

The estimated salary for this role is $16.50 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
