Retail Stylist

Located in the heart of Lake Buena Vista, Florida, we are seeking a talented Retail Stylist to join our team at Free People.

The Retail Stylist will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This includes maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products, providing personalized styling advice, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.

• Brand Experience:
  • Represent the Free People brand with authenticity and enthusiasm, showcasing our values and aesthetic.
  • Engage with customers across all zones, offering expert advice and product recommendations to create personalized experiences.
  • Stay informed about events, promotions, and special offers to enhance customer interactions.
• Teamwork + Communication:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store environment by being respectful, helpful, and approachable.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to share ideas, participate in meetings, and drive store initiatives.
  • Contribute to the learning and sharing of product knowledge, trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
• Visual + Business Operations:
  • Maintain high visual standards and operational excellence, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Support inventory management, shipment processes, and loss prevention efforts to optimize store profitability.

To succeed as a Retail Stylist, you should possess:

• A passion for the Free People brand and aesthetic.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $12.00 USD, with opportunities to earn additional income through sales bonuses.
