MOD Pizza is a movement, and we're looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Pizza Leaders. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for directing the Squad Crew to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization.

You will lead by example, embodying our values and behaviors, and coach Shift Supervisors to create a positive vibe on the shift. You will also demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources, and partner with the General Manager to engage the local community.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees. We offer a competitive salary of $13.25 per hour, plus an incredible tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average almost $4/hour in tip earnings.
