Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Pharmacy Advantage team at Henry Ford Health System. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, employees, and internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Triage and forward phone calls to the appropriate departments for follow-up.
- Promptly and accurately confirm patient demographic and nature of calls.
- Ensure entry of demographic and operations information into the electronic medical record.
- Assist with timely and accurate coordination of triaging calls.
- Complete new patient enrollments over the phone and triage requests to appropriate departments.
- Communicate with patients/providers to obtain or clarify required information before triaging requests.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Computer proficiency, ability to accurately type, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organization skills and ability to adapt rapidly to changing priorities and tasks.
- Previous pharmacy experience or office/administrative support experience preferred.
