The Office of Fleet and Asset Management is seeking an accomplished Senior Knowledge Management Specialist to spearhead knowledge management initiatives, leveraging SharePoint administration, customization, and troubleshooting expertise. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage knowledge management initiatives within the Office of Fleet and Asset Management, driving alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee SharePoint administration, customization, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless knowledge management operations.
  • Develop and implement effective information structures to support informed decision-making.
  • Plan, execute, and manage complex knowledge management projects, fostering collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance team capacity and capability.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration/Analytics, Technical Communication, or a relevant field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in knowledge management, with expertise in SharePoint administration and management.
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices, with proven ability to lead and manage projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of information management regulations and security standards, with commitment to ensuring compliance.
  • Must pass a CBP Background Investigation (BI).
