Responsibilities- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop care plans
- Valid state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Connecticut
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
