Job Summary:

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a highly motivated and organized Spa Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting membership sales goals, and maintaining a clean and welcoming spa environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet membership sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of our menu of services and effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
  • Uphold spa cleanliness standards and maintain a positive and energetic attitude
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform various other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
