Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary plus bonus incentives, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our employment packages include growth opportunities, health, vision, and dental insurance, fully paid life insurance, 401(k) plan with matching, and Paid Time Off (PTO).

Job Description

As a Hearing Instrument Specialist/Audiologist, you will be responsible for greeting customers, analyzing test findings, and making recommendations based on their hearing loss. You will also recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions, educate patients on how to use and maintain the devices, and make follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should be a Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist, motivated by helping people hear better, ambitious with a sales attitude, and have an entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills. Excellent follow-up skills are also essential.
