Job Description

The Assistant/Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Administration serves as the Chief Student Services Officer for Touro College of Pharmacy, reporting to the TCOP Dean. This entails oversight of all customer-facing positions, ensuring seamless student services.

What We Offer

A competitive salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 403(b) retirement plan, and paid time off.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in student affairs or higher education administration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
